DVR - Dallas Viet Radio was founded to contribute to building a stronger Vietnamese-American community, heighten our mutual appreciation, assistance, respect and preserving the culture of Vietnam.
DVR started broadcasting on January 6, 2003, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to the Vietnamese in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with a population of approximately more than 100,000 and growing.
Radio coverage areas with a radius of more than 100 miles from Dallas which includes North and Central Texas to serve diverse target demographics through a wide-range series of programs, such as: Up-to-Date News, Community Development, Contemporary and Classical Music, Sports, Entertainment, Travel, Health, Law, How To’s and Our Exclusive Interviews with Government and Private Officials.
In cooperation with a network of other Vietnamese Radio and TV Stations in the US, DVR provides its listeners and advertisers more selected programs with diverse perspectives.
DVR’s personalities bring to the air waves their various expertise with talents and experience to ensure that these programs reach out to an assortment of listeners with various interests.
Via our Website and various smart devices, DVR also is able to reach more Vietnamese listeners in the US and all over the world.
DVR’s majority listeners include males and females in the age range of 18-65, including those who are main buying power in the Vietnamese community.
